Article 1 — Publisher Identification

Reddivo is software published by Reddivo, a company being incorporated in France.

Article 2 — Nature of the Service

Reddivo is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform enabling professionals to manage their invoicing and automate payment reminders to their clients.

Reddivo provides a technical tool exclusively.

Reddivo is not:

  • a payment service provider
  • a payment institution or electronic money institution
  • a banking intermediary
  • a debt collection agency

Reddivo never intervenes in financial flows between the creditor and the debtor.

Article 3 — Role of the User (Creditor)

Reminders and communications sent via Reddivo are carried out in the name and on behalf of the creditor.

The creditor is solely responsible for:

  • the validity of the debts
  • compliance with applicable regulations
  • the content of communications sent
  • respect for debtor rights

Article 4 — Data Protection (GDPR)

The creditor is the data controller for their debtors' data.

Reddivo acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is entered into upon registration.

Article 5 — Payments

Payments are processed:

  • either via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd)
  • or directly between the debtor and the creditor (bank transfer)

Reddivo:

  • does not collect funds
  • does not hold funds
  • does not redistribute funds

Article 6 — Features

The service includes:

  • invoice import
  • automatic data extraction
  • tracking of client and vendor invoices
  • automated email payment reminders
  • generation of reminder documents
  • data export

Article 7 — Access to the Service

Access to the service is reserved for professionals.

The user agrees to:

  • provide accurate information
  • secure their credentials
  • not share their account

The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

Article 8 — Subscription and Cancellation

The service operates on a monthly subscription basis.

The subscription:

  • is activated after payment
  • is renewed automatically

The user may cancel at any time from their account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.

Article 9 — Intellectual Property

All elements of the service (code, design, content) are the property of Reddivo.

Data imported by the user remains their property.

Article 10 — Liability

The service is provided "as is".

Reddivo does not guarantee:

  • the accuracy of extracted data
  • the absence of errors
  • the receipt of emails by recipients

The user remains responsible for actions taken through the service.

Article 11 — Use of Gmail

When the user connects their Gmail account:

  • emails are sent on their behalf
  • Reddivo only uses the "gmail.send" scope
  • Reddivo does not read emails
  • Reddivo does not access the inbox

The user may revoke access at any time.

Article 12 — Affiliate Program

Reddivo may offer an affiliate program.

Terms and conditions are defined in a separate document.

Article 13 — Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution.

Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
